Our Signature methods offer a focused extension of the Tempo Pilates experience, designed to complement your Reformer practice or stand strong on their own. From strength training and barre to mat-based Pilates and yoga, each class offers a distinct approach to movement with the same Tempo focus: controlled movement, motivating playlists and expert instruction. These formats give you the flexibility to train with variety, build consistency, and challenge your body in new ways.

All Signature classes are held in Studio 2 at Tempo 301 SE17 | Elephant Park.

Tempo Yoga | SE17

Tempo Yoga offers a mindful, movement-focused approach to building strength, flexibility, and awareness. Each class is rooted in breath, rhythm, and control and designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re here to energise, slow down, or rebalance. Choose from four styles: Dynamic Vinyasa for a faster, strength-driven practice, Vinyasa Flow for breath-led movement and mobility, Flow & Restore for calming sequences and deep reset, and Yoga Sculpt for a high-energy blend of yoga and strength training.

Each style brings a different rhythm, but all are grounded in the same Tempo philosophy: purposeful movement, expert guidance, and space to progress.

Barre at Tempo 301

Tempo Barre blends the intensity of small, focused movements with the flow of the 301 tempo philosophy, all set to music. Drawing from Pilates, ballet, and functional training, this mat-based class targets posture, coordination, and muscular endurance through high-rep, low-impact sequences.

Expect pulsing holds, rhythm-driven transitions, and a graceful but challenging burn that leaves your muscles shaking and your mind switched on. Tempo Barre sculpts and strengthens with precision, control, and tempo-led energy – refining technique and building lasting strength. Available in two levels to support your progress and push your potential.

Mat Pilates at Tempo 301

Tempo Mat Pilates brings the energy of the 301 tempo philosophy straight to the mat. This full-body workout uses bodyweight and light hand weights to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge – set to music that keeps you moving with purpose and control.

Expect a strong focus on core, plus plenty of work for arms, legs, and posture. It’s flowing, focused, and powerful! With two levels – L1 and Advanced – you’ll build strength and coordination, minus the reformer, but with all the intensity you’d expect from a Tempo class.

Tempo Strength is a mat-based strength class built on the 301 tempo philosophy—pairing controlled, deliberate movement with breath and music. Using resistance bands, hand weights, and bodyweight drills, this full-body workout focuses on deep muscle activation, endurance, and functional strength.

Expect high reps, low impact, and real results. Each class is designed to build strength with intention through structured sequences that challenge you to move with control and stay fully present. Choose from four focused formats: Glutes & Legs, Upper & Core, Full Body and Slow Burn – all designed to progress over time.
