What to Wear to Tempo Strength Classes?

We recommend wearing comfortable fitness gear and trainers. Make sure to bring a water bottle with you to hydrate. We will also provide a complimentary sweat towel for you to use during the class. Water and towels for showering are available to purchase/hire at the studio.
