Are you looking to understand and improve your hormonal health? Tempo 301 is thrilled to collaborate with Olivia Thomas, a registered ANP Nutritional Therapist dedicated to guiding individuals toward peak wellness through a unique blend of traditional wisdom and cutting-edge functional medicine.
Join us for a comprehensive 1.5-hour Pilates and hormonal health workshop. Enjoy a 45-minute Level 1 Tempo Pilates class with our amazing trainer Lola, followed by a 45-minute talk and Q&A session with Olivia, covering how diet impacts hormone levels, foods that support hormonal health, meal planning for hormonal balance, and supplements for hormonal support.
