Tempo Yoga is part of the Tempo Signature class offerings at our SE17 South London yoga studio. These classes combine controlled movement, breath and rhythm to help build strength, flexibility and balance in a calm, focused studio environment.

Most Tempo Signature classes run for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the class format.

Comfortable workout clothing and water are recommended. Mats and equipment are provided at the studio.

Yes. Many students combine Tempo Yoga with Reformer Pilates, Tempo Barre, Tempo Strength, Tempo Sculpt or Tempo Mat Pilates to create a balanced weekly training routine.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that lets you move freely, such as leggings or stretch shorts and a t-shirt or vest. You will warm up quickly, so breathable clothing is recommended. Grip socks are advised for hygiene and safety. If you don’t have a pair, they’re available to purchase at the studio. Water and towels are also available to buy or hire on-site.
