The instructors are all so friendly & encouraging, and do a good job of pushing you to your best. The small class sizes (11 max) are perfect for ensuring each person gets attention & form correction when needed.

This structure keeps your training regular and makes it easier to build a routine around your week. You can book through your online Momence account or via the Tempo app.

A Pilates membership is a great fit if you:

Already have an existing class package? No problem. When booking classes through your account, you can choose which package or membership to use for each booking. This means you can train using your membership each month, then top up with additional classes from an existing package if needed.

E1 | Shoreditch

Train in Shoreditch with Tempo Pilates Reformer classes in our East London studio. Ideal if you live or work near Shoreditch High Street and want reformer classes as part of your weekly routine.

E8 | Hackney

Our Hackney studio offers the same Tempo Pilates method in London Fields, making it easy to keep your training consistent in E8.

SE17 | Elephant Park

At SE17, your membership includes Reformer Pilates as well as access to Tempo Signature and Tempo Recovery classes, giving you even more ways to build your routine.

Yes. Membership classes can be used across our London studios in E1, E8 and SE17, depending on the class type.

If you want to train once a week, 4 classes per month is a good place to start. If you want a stronger weekly routine and faster progression, 8 classes per month is the better fit.

Yes, as long as you choose the right class level for your experience. A membership can be a great way to build consistency from the start.

Yes. You can manage and book your classes through your account and the Tempo app (download via the App Store for iPhone or Google play).

A membership is designed for regular monthly training and helps create more structure. A class pack is better for people who need more flexibility.

We offer two options: 4 classes per month for a steady weekly rhythm, or 8 classes per month for a more consistent, twice-weekly routine. Both memberships include access across E1, E8 and SE17, with Tempo Signature and Recovery classes available at SE17.

If you run out of classes before your renewal date, you can still book additional classes. These are charged at £22.50 and added to your next renewal payment.

Yes. You can book classes beyond your renewal date, and they will be deducted from your next month’s credits automatically.
