SE17 MASSAGE & FACIAL TREATMENTS IN LONDON FAQs

Regular massages will reduce your risk of injury, improve your recovery time post-workout, enable you to exercise more frequently, and ensure any minor concerns do not turn into something bigger.

Other health benefits include:

  • Reducing stress & anxiety – and improving sleep – by increasing endorphin, serotonin and dopamine levels.
  • Lessening pain and muscle tension by increasing healing and disturbing the pain signals sent to the brain
  • Improving immune function – regular massages can increase your level of white blood cells
  • Dealing with any minor muscle pulls or strains
  • Improving flexibility, keeping your joints more fluid, and making them less prone to injury
  • Aligning posture by relaxing muscles and improving joint mobility
  • Lowering heart rate and blood pressure; the release of tension during massage means the heart does not have to work as hard to pump blood

Regular facials help to support your at home skincare regime to achieve the healthiest skin possible:

  1. Boost Circulation: Monthly facials enhance blood flow, reducing puffiness and lymphatic fluid build-up. Improved circulation delivers essential oxygen, proteins, and nutrients while eliminating skin toxins.
  2. Effective Deep Cleansing: Unlike daily cleansers, facials remove stubborn oil and dirt build-up, eliminating bacteria and promoting a radiant complexion. This deep cleansing is crucial for maintaining healthy skin.
  3. Anti-Aging Benefits: Monthly facial massages stimulate collagen production, slowing down the aging process. Strengthening facial muscles minimises fine lines and wrinkles, resulting in softer, smoother skin.
  4. Relaxation and Confidence Boost: Beyond physical benefits, facials offer mental relaxation. Focusing on your breathing during a facial allows you to regain confidence in your journey towards healthy, beautiful skin.
