TEMPO STRENGTH TRAINER
Location: SE17 | Elephant Park
Pay: £30–£44 per hour
Hours: 4 hours per week, with potential for additional classes and cover
JOIN THE TEMPO TEAM
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Strength Trainer to join our team at SE17 | Elephant Park and deliver our Tempo Strength classes.
Tempo 301 is a boutique Reformer Pilates and fitness studio with three locations across London. Alongside Reformer Pilates, our SE17 studio offers a programme of Strength, Mat Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes, as well as Treatments.
Our Strength programme includes Full Body, Glutes & Legs, Core & Upper and Beginners, with a focus on functional movement, progressive strength and great coaching. We want students to leave feeling stronger, more confident and better in their movement.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
To join the team, you’ll need:
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (required)
- Strong knowledge of strength training and functional movement
- Experience leading group fitness classes
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
- Confidence coaching a range of abilities, from complete beginners to more experienced students
- A genuine passion for helping people get stronger and move better
You’ll be energetic, personable and confident leading a group, while understanding the importance of technique and individual attention. We’re looking for someone professional and reliable who enjoys being part of a supportive team and is passionate about delivering consistently high-quality classes.

HOURS
The current role is 4 hours per week:
Wednesday: 6:15 pm–8:15 pm
Saturday: 10:15 am–12:15 pm
Availability for both Wednesday evening and Saturday morning is essential.
There is also potential for additional weekday morning classes and cover as our timetable expands.
