REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTORS IN LONDON – E8 | HACKNEY & E1 | SHOREDITCH


Are you an experienced Pilates instructor seeking a rewarding role in an esteemed London Pilates studio? We are always on the lookout for conscientious and motivated Pilates instructors to join our innovative team at our boutique studios.

Tempo Pilates is a comprehensive reformer pilates method performed to invigorating music. The result? A fresh, upbeat approach to reformer pilates that’s enjoyable but challenging. We believe our clients are students of our method, and our reformer classes in London transform our students’ approach to fitness… from that hour of the day they dread to an experience that leaves them riding high.

TO BE A PILATES INSTRUCTOR AT TEMPO 301 YOU NEED:

Pilates instructor experience and industry qualifications such as REPS are required.
– A reformer/equipment qualification is a plus, but not essential.
– A music background or ETM class qualifications are advantageous.
– To be knowledgeable about Pilates and its benefits.
– Be able to travel to E1 | Shoreditch and E8 | Hackney.
– To be available at weekends.

TO BE ONE OF THE TEAM YOU NEED:

– A level 3 qualification in Swedish / deep tissue massage
– A level 3 qualification in facial treatments (or equivalent)
– Your own insurance and Professional Association membership
– Extensive knowledge of anatomy and movement regarding soft tissue mobilisation
– Excellent communication and client retention skills
– At least 1 year’s experience as a massage therapist and/or facialist
– Excellent understanding of best practices in the therapeutic industry

THE ROLE:

– Performing 45,60 and 90-minute Swedish and deep tissue massages in a professional and tranquil environment
– Performing facial treatments tailored to client needs (including skin analysis, facial & Buccal massage, facial cupping, exfoliation, and hydration treatments)
– Identifying client requirements and creating a treatment plan
– Using expert massage therapy and facial techniques to improve client conditions and enhance skin health
– Informing clients about available treatments; providing advice on which may be the most beneficial to them
– Maintaining a detailed history of each client using Momence, including information like chronic illness, medication, and past injuries
– Providing clients with advice for improved general wellbeing and offering specialist advice for skincare
– Maintaining high standards at all times, within the treatment room and studio as a whole
– The position is required on weekdays and weekends with the option of taking on additional hours
