Now based in London, he’s bringing that same commitment to Tempo Strength, guiding students through smart, intentional movement with a welcoming and down-to-earth approach.
As someone who was once curious but hesitant to get into fitness, Hakeem knows how hard it can be to take that first step. That’s why he’s dedicated to creating classes that feel approachable and rewarding—especially for those new to strength training.
You’ll find him leading Glutes & Legs, Core & Upper, and Slow Burn classes—each one designed to improve strength, control, and confidence. Hakeem’s style is thoughtful, motivational, and grounded in making fitness feel doable for everyone, without compromising on challenge.
