“I have been coming to Tempo 301 Elephant and Castle regularly… and haven’t looked back! It doesn’t compare to any other reformer I have been to. Beautiful space, perfect place to get some downtime and take me away from day-to-day life. The staff and instructors are very friendly. I have recommended it to a few friends and they have all loved it too” – Hannah, Google
We all know that fitness is more enjoyable when you’ve got a friend by your side. So, we’ve created the Student Referral Program to make it even more worthwhile when you share the love. The program is a great way for your friends to experience our highly addictive and challenging classes, all while earning rewards! But let’s face it: the real benefit of referring your friends isn’t just about the rewards. It’s about what happens when you and your friend work out side-by-side. Here’s why attending Tempo classes together can be a game-changer!
Refer a friend – and feel the power!
We get it, sometimes it can be hard to find the motivation to exercise, but with a friend, everything becomes a little more fun and rewarding. Here’s why working out with a friend is so powerful:
- Stay Accountable: Let’s be honest, sometimes it’s not easy to motivate yourself to show up for a class. But when you know your friend is waiting for you, it’s much easier to stick to your fitness routine. You’ll both encourage each other to keep going and show up week after week.
- Have More Fun: Fitness doesn’t have to be all about hard work (though that’s important too!). Sharing a laugh, cheering each other on, and supporting each other when the shakes kick in can make the whole experience a lot more enjoyable.
- Celebrate Milestones: There’s nothing like hitting a fitness goal and having someone who was right there with you. Whether it’s mastering a new move on the reformer or finally nailing your jumpboard technique!
- Experience New Things: Sometimes, trying a new class or exercise can be intimidating. But when you’ve got a friend by your side, it makes it easier to step outside your comfort zone. You’ll encourage each other to try new techniques, take on fresh challenges, and have fun exploring new ways to stay fit.
So, how does the Tempo 301 referral program work?
Now that we’ve covered the fun side, let’s break down how our refer your friends program works, so you and your friends can start enjoying those perks:
- Refer a Friend to Pilates / HIIT

“I cannot recommend this studio enough and I’ve been raving about it to my friends since I first started going to the Elephant & Castle branch a few months ago. The Pilates and HIIT classes have slotted nicely into my weekly routine, and I always feel so energised and the best version of myself when I leave the studio. The instructors are so knowledgeable and really take their time to explain each exercise. It doesn’t go unnoticed that they truly care about each student getting the most out of the class… Thank you for making me fall back in love with exercise!” – Katie, Google
