Personal data we might collect:
Contact details such as your name, address, mobile/telephone number/s and email address.
Payment data, including credit/debit card numbers (although this is encrypted so we cannot view the full card number) and card expiry dates.
Details of transactions you action through our site, and the fulfilment of your orders.
Details relating to your health and fitness and preferences as disclosed by you on your registration as a member of Tempo Pilates Limited, or thereafter.
Details of your visits to our site and the resources you access.
Details of other information you have given us, such as your birthday, any relationship information (e.g. if you pay for a spouse), and who referred you to us.
We do not record the password for your Tempo Pilates online account, although we can reset it for you.
Collection of your personal data.
When you fill in forms on our site www.tempo301.co.uk or at our studio. This includes information provided at the time of registration to our site or subsequently, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by Tempo Pilates Limited, and when you report a problem with our site.
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
We may also ask you to complete surveys for us to use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond.

Marketing opt-in
When opening your Tempo Pilates account, you agreed (unless you have opted out) to receive emails relating to Tempo Pilates discounts and special offers on our classes. You have been, and are still able, to opt-out by updating your marketing preferences in your Tempo Pilates account and by selecting the unsubscribe button on individual emails. Disclosure of your information
We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 736 of the UK Companies Act 1985.

Where we store your personal data and for how long.
