Always striving to push boundaries in the service we provide, we have made sure our November Pilates playlist brings together an array of colourful music from known and unknown talented artists for our loyal students in London E8 and WC2 to enjoy and experience whilst getting fit on the Pilates reformer

Muse – Madness

Recommended by a Tempo Pilates student in our London, Covent Garden studio, rock group Muse have turned into Queen overnight with their current single ‘Madness’ and we are pretty happy about it. According to lead singer Matthew Bellamy, inspiration for it began after a fight with his girlfriend; and how, after she had gone to her mother’s house, he began to realise “yeah, she was right, wasn’t she?” Good come back Matthew! Mother will be pleased

How to Dress Well – & It Was U

“Newcomer ‘How to dress Well’ aka Tom Krell impressively finds time to study a PhD in Philosophy whilst bringing R&B back into a cool mainstream. Not only that, he recently played at the XOYO – close to our studio in East London on 5th of November. That sounded like a good fire works night out to us!”

Antony and the Johnsons – Cut the World

“We have chosen Antony & the Johnsons mesmerizing masterpiece ‘Cut the world’ to round up your reformer Pilates class this month. You can see the video here. Not for the faint hearted! Antony Hegarty’s collaborative new documentary ‘turning’ also shows on November 27th at the Curzon, Soho, London if you fancy it – after your doing your Pilates exercises with us at WC2 of course! Sure to be different!”
