Monica’s Pilates journey started a few years ago. Working in the media industry, she found Pilates as a way to stay active, focused, and balanced alongside a busy lifestyle. After experiencing weightlifting burnout and multiple injuries, she discovered Pilates, which offered a more sustainable approach to movement. Her classes focus on strength, control, and body awareness. Mon brings enthusiasm and positive energy to every class, using music to create motivating, feel-good classes that challenge the body while keeping movement enjoyable.
