New Pre & Postnatal Pilates Classes at SE17
Motherhood is a journey that asks a lot from both body and mind. At Tempo 301, we believe movement can play a vital role in helping you feel strong, supported, and confident during pregnancy, after birth, and as you grow into life with your little one.
That’s why we’re excited to launch new Pre/Postnatal and Baby-Friendly Mat Pilates classes at our SE17 studio in Elephant Park, starting Monday, 20th October.
What’s on the schedule?
You’ll now find dedicated Mat classes twice a week at our SE17 | Elephant Park studio: Mondays with Serena and Fridays with Gui. Designed for expectant mums, new mums, and anyone ready to return to movement safely after birth.
Mondays & Fridays at SE17:

09:30–10:15 — Baby-Friendly Postnatal (45 min)
Bring your baby (up to 6 months old) and enjoy safe, tailored Pilates sequences that rebuild core and pelvic floor strength while keeping little ones nearby. -
10:25–11:15 — Pre/Postnatal (50 min)
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy and for postnatal recovery once cleared by your GP or midwife. Gentle, low-impact sequences strengthen, stabilise, and relieve tension.

Tempo Pre/Postnatal classes are exclusively available at SE17 | Studio 2 in Elephant Park.

We keep them small for individual attention:

Do I need any experience to join?
No experience is required. These classes are designed for all levels, with safe modifications provided to suit your stage of pregnancy or recovery.
Do you have a special package for these classes?
Yes! We’ve created a package just for new and expectant mums: Motherhood Mat Classes: 6 classes for £90, valid for 9 weeks. It’s the perfect way to try our Pre/Postnatal and mum and baby Mat classes at SE17 while fitting movement around your schedule.
Can I mix and match between Tempo Mat Motherhood class types with this offer?
Yes. Your package can be used for both Pre/Postnatal and Baby-Friendly Mat Pilates classes.

What should I bring with me?
Just comfortable workout clothes, grip socks and water. Mats and equipment are provided. For Baby-Friendly bring a blanket for your baby to lie on, plus any feeding or changing essentials.

Can I use my existing Tempo class packs for Pre/Postnatal classes?
Yes. Standard packs are valid, but the Motherhood Mat Classes | 06 Classes £90 | Valid 9 Weeks offer is Pre/Postnatal-exclusive.
Can I bring my buggy to mum and baby classes?
Yes, our SE17 studio at Elephant Park has step-free access. Buggies can be brought inside Studio 2.
