What to expect?

A focused class targeting upper-body strength and core control. Expect presses, rows, planks, and tempo-driven exercises that keep your muscles under tension throughout. You’ll learn to engage and stabilise your core to support strong, functional movement, guided by music that drives pace and precision from start to finish.

What to Wear to Tempo Mat Classes?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that lets you move freely — such as leggings or stretch shorts and a t-shirt or vest. You will warm up quickly, so breathable clothing is recommended. Grip socks are advised for hygiene and safety. If you don’t have a pair, they’re available to purchase at the studio. Water and towels are also available to buy or hire on-site.
