Aleks is the absolute best—so full of energy, always bubbly, kind, and genuinely invested in helping us improve. She knows exactly how to push us while still making every class fun and motivating. Aleks is a dedicated and passionate Level 3 certified Pilates instructor with a rich background in exercise instruction, dedicated to enhancing health and wellness. Originally from Burgas, Bulgaria, and an ex-marketing professional, she spent two years in Melbourne, Australia, and is a devoted dog mum to Masha, her rescue pup. Her Pilates journey started as a student, evolving through classes at Tempo to completing her teacher training. Specialising in reformer & mat Pilates, and orthopaedic conditions, Aleks fosters a passion for Pilates beyond exercise.

Aleks believes in Joseph Pilates’ mantra, “movement is medicine”. Don’t discount the benefits of an outdoor walk or a speedy group class.
