We offer personal training at our London studios in E1 | Shoreditch, E8 | Hackney, and SE17 | Elephant Park. Our expert trainers customise plans to meet your fitness goals, enhance your form, and minimise injury risks. We also specialise in pre and postnatal sessions.

In addition to individual training, we provide Duo and Trio sessions, perfect for friends or family wanting to train together in a motivating environment. At our SE17 | Elephant Park studio, we offer strength or cardio-focused HIIT sessions.

You can purchase personal training sessions below. After purchasing, contact your chosen studio to book. Please inform us of any injuries or health issues before purchasing to ensure personal training is suitable and to match you with the right trainer.

PERSONAL TRAINING FAQS

Reformer Pilates:

We suggest wearing comfortable clothing, with some stretch that allows your body to move easily. It is important that our trainers are able to check your form during the class, so try not to wear anything that is too loose fitting. We recommend that our students wear grip socks in class to avoid slipping and to help your positioning (as well as for hygiene reasons). Our Tempo Pilates grip socks are available to buy at reception. Water and towels are also available to purchase/hire.

Cardio / Strength training: 

We recommend comfortable fitness gear, trainers and a water bottle. We will provide a complimentary sweat towel.

Reformer Pilates personal training sessions are offered at all 3 of our London studios: E8 | Hackney, E1 | Shoreditch and SE17 | Elephant and Castle.

Strength and cardio personal training sessions are offered at our southeast London studio: SE17 |Elephant and Castle.

Our team of expert trainers can offer support for most injuries and conditions. However, before booking with us please reach out to your preferred studio or email us at [email protected].

All booked PT sessions require 12 hours cancellation notice prior, or you will be charged in full.

With approval from your doctor, join us for Personal Training sessions tailored for pregnancy with our expert antenatal-trained instructors, and keep moving throughout this journey.

You can attend sessions postpartum, with clearance from your doctor, starting at 6 weeks, and 12 weeks after a C-section.

We have changing rooms at all our locations with showers and lockers. Our SE17 | Elephant Park and E8 | Hackney studios are equipped with code combination lockers. Our E1 | Shoreditch studio also has lockers, however, to keep your belongings secure, please bring your own padlock or ask to borrow one from the front desk.

Tempo 301 studio facilities include state-of-the-art Dyson hairdryers, GHD hair straighteners and Neal’s Yard products. Showering towels are available to hire from reception for £1.

Absolutely! There’s an additional charge of £10 per person on top of your personal training session fee. Please contact your chosen studio for more details and to arrange.
