She’s not only a strong advocate of the immense physical benefits of Pilates but also of the mental strength it builds. Lola is especially drawn to the low-impact nature and breath-focussed essence of the Pilates. She is both a qualified Mat and Reformer and is always looking at creative ways to deepen her practice – for herself and for clients. After experiencing first hand, the transformative powers of Pilates, Lola is passionate about helping others experience the life-changing benefits of a consistent Pilates practice – or at the very least, helping clients feel more in-tune with their bodies.
