Tempo H.I.I.T classes focus on fitness sustainability. These sweat-inducing workouts are designed to burn calories, so you can lose weight fast while increasing strength and prolonging your fitness lifestyle. Through a series of controlled movements performed to energetic music, Tempo HIIT not only tones up the body but elevates the heart rate, to shred fat while avoiding the risk of injury associated with high-intensity interval training.

Who is it for?

Tempo H.I.I.T  classes are 45-minutes of high-intensity interval training and are ideal for students looking for a challenge and full-body toning. We understand you may have full workloads and hectic social lives, yet you need to be able to keep fit and healthy too. No previous knowledge of a H.I.I.T. method is required, although due to the speed of the class it is helpful.

If jump-starting your workouts is your focus – Tempo HIIT is a great place to begin.

What to expect? Why join?

In this class, the aim is to get your heart rate up quickly, improve blood flow and oxygen to your muscles, and burn more calories. High-intensity interval training, or H.I.I.T, is a form of physical training that intersperses short periods of intense exercise with periods of rest or less intense exercise. It is an effective way to burn fat and calories in a short period, and the best news… our Tempo HIIT can easily be modified for people of all fitness levels.

If you’re looking for a fun and challenging way to gain muscle, and work up a sweat without the chaos of interval training, Tempo HIIT’s the spot.

What to Wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable fitness gear and trainers. Make sure to bring a water bottle with you to hydrate. We will also provide a complimentary sweat towel for you to use during the class.

Water and towels for showering are available to purchase/hire at the studio.
