Terry came to Pilates after sustaining an injury whilst running. Shortly through continued practice, his injuries cleared up and his love for the sequences developed.

To get a deeper understanding of his own practice he completed his teacher training at JPilates, and quickly after, there wasn’t time for anything else. His background as a musician and artist continues to inform his style of class, and the decisions he makes both on and off the mat. He is particularly grateful to his teachers Isobel Palmer and Joanne Cobbe for their inspiration, patience and humour.

Why Terry’s Class? Terry’s classes are fun, thoughtful and challenging. Expect a full-body workout, with ‘Joseph’ inspired principals and movements sprinkled in from the original repertoire. His intention is for all to have fun, learn, and feel great after class.
