Poppy graduated with a National Diploma in Dance and Musical Theatre from The Urdang Academy and wanted to maintain the importance of fitness and movement after it being such a big part of her day to day training.
Poppy has always loved Pilates but since discovering the Reformer fell in love with it even more, and completed her training with STOTT Pilates.
