Diveesha came to Pilates through attending endless classes at Tempo and falling in love with the high energy and physical transformation (and burn!). As a dedicated practitioner and qualified yoga teacher, she valued the principles of Pilates and appreciated the challenging yet balanced approach to mind and bodywork. She was raised in Asia (Hong Kong), and travelled around Central America and India for two years, before settling in London to work in the charity technology sector. She recently qualified as a Dynamic Reformer Pilates instructor and is excited to share her energy and enthusiasm with the Tempo community.
