– Are Tempo HIIT classes on a reformer?

No, Tempo 301 | SE17 Studio 2, is divided into 3 Zones with a maximum of 8 students per zone. Each zone consists of cardio and resistance equipment, including the following: • Dual Action Air Cycle by Schwinn- Airdyne AD8 • Commercial Rower by Octane-Ro • Spin Bike by Life Fitness-IC5 • Reebok- Deck (Step/ Bench) as well as 2-15kg dumbbells

– How much does a Tempo HIIT class cost?

– I haven’t done a HIIT class before, will I be ok?

Absolutely! Our Tempo HIIT classes London are accessible to everyone and we’d love for you to join us. Please speak to your trainer if you have any questions before the class and they’d be happy to help you. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early, so we can show you around and run through the equipment.

– Is there any running?

No there is no running in our HIIT workouts London. Our Tempo Fitness philosophy is to create classes that are sustainable and include low-impact to impact-free movements avoiding stress on the joints, especially the knees. Instead, we have spinning, rowing and air cycling as alternative cardio options.

– What do I need to bring?

Comfortable fitness gear, trainers and a water bottle. We will provide a complimentary sweat towel.
