Madeleine fell in love with Pilates when living in Australia in 2018. After years of struggling with health issues caused by stress, she found nutrition and mindful movement to be the most healing forms of medicine. First completing her Yoga teacher training, Madeleine is also now a qualified personal trainer, and certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. She believes in a holistic approach to movement that creates flexibility and strength in the body while also creating a steadiness of mind we can carry into our daily lives.
