Jordan brings a calm, thoughtful energy to the SE17 team, shaped by years of personal practice and reflection. Yoga is Jordan’s ritual. She practices because each posture, each breath, is a quiet honouring of her inner world. After many years of chasing ‘advanced’ postures, one of the most meaningful lessons she’s learned is that yoga isn’t about the shapes your body can (or can’t) make – it’s about how present you can be in any given moment. Her teaching encourages students to observe their minds in both challenge and ease, and to meet themselves with acceptance in all forms – past, present, able, unable, happy, or sad.
