No stranger to the scene, Ahmed has coached HIIT & Strength classes for over 6 years. Sport has always been a big part of his life, from County cricket to University cheerleading, and he believes that lifting weights has definitely helped! He is a big believer that everybody should have access to movement. Working up a sweat is bound to happen, but his priority is for you to feel comfortable and find exercise enjoyable.
