Fabrizia first discovered Pilates when moving to London in 2013. After attending countless classes of both mat and reformer Pilates and falling in love with the method, she decided to complete the qualification with Body Control Pilates and is now a certified Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor.
Fabrizia’s Fitness Philosophy:
You don’t need to wake up with a motivation to workout. What will make you stick to your goals is having determination. Start by creating a life routine for yourself and make sure it includes a training plan (and keep it realistic, don’t go from 0 to 100). Then stick to it, without questioning, just promise to yourself that you will show up. Once you show up, the hard part is over.
