This 45 minute high intensity interval training workout was developed with our students looking for a challenge and full body toning in mind. We understand you may have full workloads and hectic social lives. Yet you need to be able to keep fit and healthy too. No previous knowledge of a H.I.I.T. method is required, although due to the speed of the class, it is helpful.
